This is my second year to have the privilege of serving as the Waco High Band Booster president. I see a group of kids with so much potential and such a love of music. I want to be part of helping them achieve their goals, both musically and academically. I hope you will join the Band Boosters and get involved with helping the band gain success and recognition. I have thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of band boosters–from going to the games and contests to see our kids march to the beat of a Division 1 rating to preparing a cookbook so we can bake delicious goodies for our band and others.  

 We have many activities in which you can help:

1. Chaperoning for games, contests and other trips.
2. Calling volunteers.
3. Bringing snacks for games, concerts and other events.
4. Helping prepare sandwiches to feed the kids before games.
5. Helping with fundraisers and organizing special events. (Car washes, bake sales, selling specialty items)
6. Photography and video recording.
7. Scholarships.
8. Getting the word out about fundraisers and other events.
9. Uniform fitting and alterations.
10. Publications.
11. Parents to help during the day with collecting monies or forms.

We need help in letting the community know about our band and how we can showcase their talents.
